  • Can I buy bread or specialty products at your location?

    No. Our facility is strictly wholesale. However, you can purchase our Italian Specialty Foods at your local grocery store.

  • What time does a wholesale customer need to place an order by?

    All wholesale orders must be placed online before 4:00 PM for next day delivery except on Sundays they need to be placed by 3:00PM for Monday delivery.  We do not deliver on Sundays and Wednesdays.  Holidays may change these times.  Please call customer service at 314-645-6239 to set up an account.

  • Do you have a minimum order?

    All orders for delivery are subject to a $40.00 minimum order.

  • What are your delivery days?

    We make deliveries everyday except Sundays and Wednesday.

  • Are orders available for pickup?

    Yes, orders placed the day before are available for pickup between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on Saturdays.  

  • Can I establish a standard order?

    A procedure can be established where a daily standard order can be put into effect.

  • What are your payment terms?

    New customers will be C.O.D. for 30 days or until credit can be established. A customer must complete a credit application before credit can be established. New customers must also complete a sales tax exemption certificate. New customers must fill out tax information and credit forms, including whether or not you will be paying C.O.D.

  • Will Fazio's be open on holidays?

    We are closed on the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day. Fazio's will post a note on all invoices prior to a holiday closing.
